WHAT IS THE TYPICAL FORMAT?

Delivered on-site, the program is tailored to each management team, with participant interviews and two workshop days leading to a written roadmap for implementation.  

Options include 1-on-1 coaching and an accountability session held 90 days after the first workshop.  Designed for 8 – 18 participants.
