Trisha D. Scudder is a pioneer in the field of executive coaching and has been called one of the country’s “leading executive coaches — the CEO’s secret weapon.”  In 2021 LinkedIn named Trisha one of the top 5 executive coaches in the very competitive New York City market.  

Over 25 years ago she began studying organizational transformation and leadership. She has founded and led two executive coaching firms: Executive Coaching Group, Inc., in New York from 1987 through 2022; and Trisha Scudder Executive Coaching, LLC, launched in January 2023. Today Trisha coaches executives and teams around the U.S. from her office on the Jersey Shore.   

Trisha has been privileged to coach more than 750 senior executives and teams at BlackRock, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, Dell, Goldman Sachs, Google, Lipton, Merck, Miller Brewing, Nabisco, PayPal and major marketing agencies, including Essence; FCB; Goodby; JWT; Momentum; TBWA Chiat/Day; and W+K.

Trisha’s career began in journalism and advertising.  She was a copywriter at Leo Burnett, later becoming a creative director at Grey.  At Lintas she created the marketing strategy and brand name Swatch, named a “Marketing Milestone of the Decade” by The Wall Street Journal.

An honors graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Trisha is an opera lover, Orange Theory Fitness addict, avid golfer and world traveler. Trisha has been interviewed by WSJ, Fox News, CNN, Inside Edition, Forbes.com and Monster.com. Trisha, her husband G. Kevin Callahan, Esq., and their Westie, Willow, live in Brielle, on the New Jersey Shore.
